Verizon wanted to give their b2b audience an elevated experience on their enterprise site. Having little knowledge of this industry I needed an discovery phase. I learned that many b2b communication and technology sites can be difficult to use and are rarely well designed. This is often due to "out of the box" website kits which, while affordable, they can be limiting and this was the case with Verizon.
